  • For listings up to 1,000 sq. ft. - $175

  • For listings 1,001 sq. ft. - 3,000 sq. ft. - $200

  • For listings 3,001 sq. ft. - 4,000 sq. ft. - $250

  • 24 hour turn around time

  • High-Res photos in both Print and MLS size

Matterport 3D Scan Package Pricing

For listings up to 1000 sq. ft. - $200

Each Matterport Package Includes:

·         ​24Hr Quick Delivery 

·         Links to post to social media sites

·         An HTML Embed Code for your website

·         Tours will be hosted at no additional charge for 3 months, monthly or yearly subscription plans may be purchased After 3 months

Extras and Add-on’s

  • $100 - Exterior photos only - up to 12 photos

  • $100 - Twilight Photos

  • Additional locations (schools, parks, eateries) - custom quote

  • 50 mile round trip from Happy Valley included, beyond that - .50 cents/mile

  • $75 - Rush Orders. Guarantee photos to you by 10pm on the same day. Not available for photo sessions scheduled after 1:30pm.

  • $75 Cancellation fee per photo package if less than 24hr notice is given.

Other Photography Pricing

For other photographic engagements/Portrait Sessions, my hourly rate is $100/hour (plus Mileage at $0.50/mile) with a 2-hour minimum. The fee includes all post-processing. For photo commissions other than Real Estate, photo delivery will be 4-6 weeks after photo session. Printed photos and/or digital downloads are then purchased “A La Carte” via the hosting website (ShootProof).
